Panettiere's Father arrested for spouse abuse. - Blog tmdfilms.tv: "Hayden Panettiere's father was arrested earlier today (Monday) after he was accused of hitting his wife and was being held on a 50,000 dollar bail.
Heyden, for those who don't know, plays Claire Bennett on the NBC show, 'Heros.' Well maybe now she could be a hero to her father.
Anyway, the word is that Alan Panettiere punched her in the face a few times. They say that they both were drinking and you know how those drunk guys can be. He went Honeymooners on her (straight to the moon). He has since been released so we will see what happens next.

Dark Knight Closer to Titanic's Record (passes 400 mill) - Blog tmdfilms.tv: "Batman: The Dark Knight. Anyone who hasn't seen it yet really needs to. It is hands down the best movie of the year. This is not a blog about how good the movie is though (although it is good).
Dark night grossed another 26 million over the weekend (Fri. Aug 8 - Sun. Aug 10) beating out newcomer Pineapple Express to remain the number one movie in the country for the fourth week in a row. It's total is now at 441,541,000 dollars making it the third highest grossing movie of all time in just a month.. just under Star Wars and of course.. Titanic.
No movie has challenged Titanic's record of 600,788,188 million like this before and Dark Knight could very well beat it. Hopefully it will too because I would like for the number one movie of all time to not be a movie about a boat going down. Plus Batman is my favorite Hero so that's also why I personally feel that way. What do u guys think?

Trump has accused Morrison Cohen LLP and one of its partners, of unjust enrichment for using his name and image without his permission for 'advertising purposes.' The lawsuit said
'Defendants, without Trump's written consent, have used -- really commercially exploited -- Mr. Trump's name and reputation, and continue to do so, on Morrison Cohen's website.'
Today (Monday) the firm dismissed the lawsuit for they say it's just an attempt by The Donald to avoid paying 600,000 dollars in overdue legal fees. The firm's chairman David Scherl said:
'We are pursuing our collections claim, we are adamant that we get paid for the services rendered, and we view this claim by the Trump organization as completely frivolous.'
Ok here's the thing. I don't know why this is even a big deal. I heard somewhere that Donald Trump has some pretty good pocket change so why would he be avoiding paying 600,000 dollars? I imagine he could find that under his couch. By the way, I didn't include an image with this because I don't want to be sued by The Donald. He might even try to fire me. Well we will see where this goes.
