Ellen Finally Ties the Knot - Blog | tmdfilms.tv
Ellen Finally Ties the Knot - Blog tmdfilms.tv: "After a long time of being together, Ellen DeGeneres gets married to her girlfriend Portia de Rossi on Saturday night (Aug 16 2008) in their Beverly Hills home in California. Everyone knows that Cali is one of the few states that allows gay marraige. Everyone here at The Mighty Dynasty would like to congradulate the lovely bride and... um... well I really don't know how that works.. but I really am happy for them. Ellen is one of my favorite comedians and it's nice to see her happy. Until next time, This is King Drell signing out.

"Tropic Thunder" Storms in at Number 1 - Blog | tmdfilms.tv
"Tropic Thunder" Storms in at Number 1 - Blog tmdfilms.tv: "It took 5 weeks but we now have a new number 1 at the box office. 'Tropic Thunder' starring Ben Stiller, Jack Black, And Robert Downey Jr, among others, debuted at the top spot pulling in $26,000,000 over the weekend (of Aug 15 2008) making it's total $37,033,000 overall from Wednesday."
"The Dark Knight" is still pulling in the numbers though as it remains at the number 2 spot pulling in $16,790,000 over the weekend bringing it's total to an impressive $471,493,000. That puts " TheDark Knight" over "Star Wars" to claim the number 2 spot on the all time list as it continues its journey to catch "Titanic" that sits at $600,788,188. Everyone who's seen the new Batman movie should go see it again and help it claim a record that no one thinks can be broken.
Speaking of Star Wars, "The Clone Wars" comes in at number 3 to pull in $15,505,000 over the weekend. This kind of suprises me as I was sure all the nerds were going to go see it. I guess it goes to show that an animated Star Wars is nothing to get dressed up for (and I mean that literally.. have u seen the way people dress to go see a Star Wars movie?). Well until next time This is King Drell signing out.

Favre impresses in Jet Debut - Blog | tmdfilms.tv
Favre impresses in Jet Debut - Blog tmdfilms.tv: "Brett the Jet really impressed in his debut against the Redskins. U would not know that he only practiced with the team for a week. Favre completed 5 of 6 of his passes for 48 yards and a touchdown in the 2 series that he played in before coming out of the game. I don't think they should be printing up Super Bowl tickets yet.. but between having Favre and the new offensive line that they have, the New York Jets are in for a good year (it's not hard to do better than 4 - 12 anyway)."
