Cowboys Drop T.O - The Mighty Dynasty: "Wide Reciever Terrell Owens is reportedly done in Dallas as several souces say that he's been cut by the Cowboys. Neither the team, nor Owens' agent has made a comment at this point. This news comes only a few weeks after Jerry Jones hinted that T.O. was staying by saying, “You and I both know that the one that you’re asking about all the time, if I gave you the answer that you want to hear, then you would’ve already had it. So the fact you don’t have it ought to tell you something. It really should.” While is may seem like the Cowboys have gotten rid of a big distraction in the locker room, Dallas will take a 9 million dollar hit to the salary cap for releasing him, making it hard to really sign anyone else. The question now is where he will play next, or if he will even play in the 2009 season. There are not a lot of teams in the NFL that will be willing to take a chance on Terrell Owens. He might end up having to take less money to play somewhere else. We will have more as the story unfolds"
